ABOUT ICECCO

The seventeenth International Conference on Electronics Computer and Computation (ICECCO) 2026 will be held on April 2026 at Suleyman Demirel University of Kazakhstan.

The ICECCO 2026 aims are, a collaboration for researchers and developers from various areas of electronics and computing, developers and practitioners to explore and address the challenging research issues on e-technology with the purpose of developing a common research agenda and vision for electronics and computer sciences. The main focus of this conference is on the enabling technologies to facilitate next generation. By conducting this conference we hope to make a universal impact on the related subjects.

The Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the Conference by presenting a research paper. Different kinds of papers are solicited, including research papers, lessons learned, status reports, discussion papers, etc. Acceptance of the papers will be mainly based on the following criteria: novelty and significance of results. Commercial and promotional papers and papers already published cannot be accepted.

The Conference provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and the latest research results from universities and industries. With this respect, we highly encourage PhD students to submit their research studies including preliminary results.

All accepted papers will be indexed in the highly-rated IEEE Xplore and Scopus databases.

Please find attached the conference program, which includes plenary and section presentations. Note that the order of presentations is provided without specific times, so please be online during your session and await an invitation to present. Each presentation is allotted a maximum of 7 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.
Important Reminders:
- Authors are required to submit their presentations (pdf; video) after acceptance letter; Deadline : 15.03.2026 to By GOOGLE FORM link.
- Presentation (online or offline) is mandatory and must be delivered in English; otherwise, your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
- Webex meeting links will be provided soon. Upon receiving the link, please join the meeting 15 minutes before your session begins. Presenting authors should join at least 15 minutes early, before co-authors, as participant numbers are limited to 500.
- Please download the presentation template below and prepare a 5–7 minute video.

- IEEE members should confirm their membership by sending their membership numbers, Students should provide a valid certificate via GOOGLE FORM link
- No-show papers will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore
- Paper registration must be completed by at least one of the paper's authors. If a group of authors includes a professor or a non-student member, the paper will be subject to the full registration fee, even if some co-authors are students. We kindly ask you to take this into account during registration.
- Authors with poster presentations must print their posters and bring them to the venue. There are no slide presentations for posters, but there will be a short opportunity to give a 1-minute pitch in the beginning of the poster sessions. The time of the poster sessions is found in the online program.
Size: A1 format (portrait or landscape) Template: Any template is acceptable;
Overleaf templates, authors and presenters can pick any format to highlight their contributions in the poster.
- Selected papers from the conference will be published in an IEEE journal, providing authors with an opportunity to showcase their research on a global platform. These papers will undergo an additional rigorous peer-review process to ensure they meet the high standards of IEEE publications and will be accessible through the IEEE Xplore digital library.
